Intelexel has given me an excellent work culture platform and I am very proud to be a part of it. When I started my career here, being a fresher, I was a bit nervous. Intelexel pumped in so much energy and confidence within me, which enabled me rise to the post of Implementation Consultant within a short span of time. Management team has always been motivating me in every single step when I felt- "It is not my cup of tea". Team mates are very supportive which makes our group positive.

Intelexel is the company which gave me my dream designation- "Software Engineer". It provides a lot of challenges which moulds each one of us to become perfect team members. Intelexel provides a friendly and secure atmosphere where the assigned tasks ccan be completed without hurdles. Intelexel instills in us a confidence to reach the set goal.

In April 2016, I stepped into Intelexel as a Trainee Developer. With the handholding and positive vibes from the team, I could reach a better position within 6 months. Intelexel was and is my Dream Company to work for.
